Couch to 5K: an iPhone App from Lucius Kwok
Lucius is one of the greats. A brilliant developer, a snappy dresser, a hell of a businessman, and a real sweet guy. Making this with him in Portland a few weeks ago was what making video is supposed to be: just a pure good time.

Lucius is a really nice guy. I’ve met him a couple times. I’m stoked that he created an app that will integrate so nicely with my warrior training. THAT’S MY CHANGE YOU JUST HEARD PLUNKING DOWN INTO YOUR JELLY JAR, LUCIUS.
